Earn a $1,000 College or Trade School Scholarship
Do you qualify?
- GPA minimum of 2.5
- Attend a Michigan accredited school in Mecosta or Osceola counties
- School or community leadership experience
- Ability to write a short essay
- Capable of returning application to school officials by the deadline

Brooke Edgerly
Miss Brooke Edgerly is awarded a $1,000 scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community involvement. Brooke is a Morley Stanwood High School graduate with an impressive 4.0 GPA. She is a National Honors Society member as well as Student Government. Her passion for sports is apparent with her three sport participation and Little League umpiring experience.
Brooke is is heading to college in the fall to purse either a teaching or journalism degree, or perhaps, both. Please join us in congratulating her achievements and wishing much luck in her bright future.

Emma Daum
Miss Emma Daum is awarded a $1,000 scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community involvement. Emma is a Big Rapids High School graduate, a local AAA hockey superstar, and plays softball and golf.
She is heading to college in the fall to purse a doctorate in the filed of Psychology.

Miss Alissa Ruggles has been award a $1,000 scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community involvement. Alissa is Big Rapids High School Class President, a member of National Honors Society, and top in her class.
She has dedicated countless hours volunteering and giving back to her hometown. She plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Optometry. Please join us in congratulating her achievements and wishing much luck in her bright future.

Daniel Witbeck
Daniel Witbeck has been award a $1,000 scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community involvement. Daniel is graduating top of his class as Valedictorian ’21 at Evart High School with a 4.0. Danny will be heading to Northwood University pursing a degree in Business.
Danny is a standup member of his community who mentors local youth as well as being a multisport athlete, even throwing a no-hitter at District Championships. Please join us in congratulating his achievements and wishing him luck in his bright future.
